My best advice? – don’t get the unit at Kelana Puteri. There’s ton’s of really good property deals out there and Kelana Puteri isn’t one of them.

From what i’ve gathered from my neighbours, they don’t seem to have a bed bug problem in their apartment, but if I we’re you, i’ll stay away from unit 10-08 on Block E.

The development at Paradigm does tend to cause a lot of noise and dust, and the back roads seem to always be in a pot hole driven state and sandy most of the time thanks to the construction trucks and equipment.

If you’re a regular 9-5pm worker, noise from the construction probably wont be a bother to you as they finish by evening, but the amount of foreigners in Puteri is really disturbing and the management seem’s to take minimal steps in combating crimes around the unit.

I was actually thinking of buying a unit in Kelana Puteri in a few months time and googled it up (where I found this website). I am totally shocked about this. Is the bed bug problem only in the unit you rented? Also if it is not too much, would be grateful if you can tell me which unit it is so that I can stay far away from it. Doubt any Real Estate agent would mention this if I don’t ask about it.

I am also quite concerned about the contruction of Paradigm just next to Puteri. Is it very noisy? Thanks.

I think Klaw could be right about the ploy thing… it doesn’t seem to far fetch for a guy who “say’s” he spent 40k on a billboard (he probably got a discount for sure…)

You saw the company advertising diamonds on the billboard now? I suspect it’s a ploy all along, that a man who doesn’t even seem to be a millionaire would spend 40K on a proposal.If I were the gf, I would slap him senseless for not putting a downpayment on an apartment or a car for me.

if not mistaken.. i think this billboard is not the original proposal.. i think the jewelry company bought the idea and use his face to advertise for their jewelleries. Am now sure thou.. cheers! am from johor too..

hahaha…funny as hell post.

when i saw the billboard, i thought the wedding and honeymoon had better rocked enough that it was alright that the 40K couldn’t have been better spent there, or for that matter, on anything else.

….personally, not my thing, that billboard. but heck, not a proposal to me either.
